How Do We Make It So Cheap?

I know you're wondering we can do websites for so cheap, right? If not, you probably wouldn't be reading this page.
We do a few basic things to keep cost to you down. First of all, we don't use a bunch of commercial software. That keeps our costs down. We found we can get much of the same functionality and quality out of open source (free) software. An example would be GIMP in place of Photoshop, or Apache on Linux in place of Windows and IIS. Because we don't have to pay for those commercial programs, we can pass those savings on to you!
