Wayne had an online name of "thescripter" and Adam had a great idea to start a scripting business with the name "TheScripters" (sometimes seen as "The Scripters"). Wayne thought it was a great idea, too. The domain was bought in November 2005. Later we found the domain on the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive) and found out another group of people had used it and had lost the domain. Oops!
And so our trek into the web began. First as a simple website with not much to show. Then we gradually improved the site and learned better coding standards until we've finally created what you see before you. We've even shifted hosts and servers off and on a lot. Our first host gave us some flack we didn't like, so we dropped them after almost two years. Since then the site has played "musical hosts" a little bit. But our hope is to finally settle here for a time.
Yes, this page is to show that everyone starts small. Some smaller than others, but still small. A big business never started big. It just grew really fast. Anyway, below you can view screen captures of most of our previous versions. There are one or two unaccounted for, but it's mostly there.
Congratulations, Scripters! We're on version 6 of our website! Stay tuned for even more greatness!
